I have terrible posture due to a combination of Scheuermann’s kyphosis and mild scoliosis. My shoulders naturally round forward and cause my back to hunch. I’ve been super conscious of standing up straight and pulling my shoulders back when standing. But when I sit…I slouch and can’t seem to stop. This harness helps me a lot when driving for long distances or sitting in an office chair all day.I’m 6’2” about 200 lbs and adjusted to fit me great. It isn’t overly noticeable under clothing, is comfortable for long wear and most importantly it works!!
Good but hard to wear in the summer especially when you work out doors.
Tis works like it says it would. Just gotta make sure to order a size larger. The "LARGE" was like a "MEDIUM" The company easily accepted my return and i purchased the larger size and am happy with it totally.And it's worth the price.
I got this posture corrector because I have a rotator cuff impingement and my ortho told me that I have to improve my posture to improve the impingement. This has helped me beyond anything I could have done on my own. First of all its comfortable. Now thats not to say that it doesnt take getting used to because it does, and if you wear it too long it can cause quite a bit of discomfort but once you find the sweet spot and lean into it then it's the best thing to help out with posture. It holds me upright, its very high quality and the velcro is super. It also has an extra extender so if you have a little more fluff it's still going to work great. I definitely recommend it.
Only problem is the shoulder straps rub the front of your arm pits raw. Had to buy some strap pads.
I really like this brace, but need a smaller one I think. I have tighted it as far as it will go and it needs more tighting.
In all seriousness, after crying out to our Great God and Saviour to help me with this spirit of infirmity having experienced a slight case of lower Scoliosis since the 5th grade, and since it was bowing out more, curving worse and twisting more to the right, the Lord cause me to find this wonderful gizmo. Already it has re-centered my spine back into place. Although I am still fighting to keep my spine from bowing out more, I am keeping plugged in and believe I will completely healed, Lord willing. Meanwhile, I continue to wear the wonderful gizmo every day, so far.
Ive had it for a couple of days and it works good, it makes your posture great and supports your lower back and neck muscles. Not sure about durability due to only owning for a couple of days
I’ve been using this posture corrector for a while now, and it’s been incredibly helpful. It still holds its elasticity and shape over time, which shows how well it’s made. It provides great support without feeling too tight or uncomfortable, and I can wear it for long periods without any issues. It’s also easy to adjust and wear under clothing. I've let some posture issues go unchecked for a long time and this has helped me.The adjustable straps help in pulling my shoulders back as I always feel as though I'm sinking into myself. This pulls them back and helps to keep proper form. After a long day being hunched over, I noticed little to no pain and was able to move about freely the next day.The nylon straps hold tight and the neoprene-like material stretches nicely. After extended use, it will rub the armpits and cause a little discomfort. It was suggested to wear for 2 hours and I pushed it to 8 hours. This is very low profile, I didn't notice any obvious lines in a dress shirt, polo, or t-shirt. Friends failed to notice as well. The velcro that secures the waistband and nylon straps is strong and doesn't break loose. Its also very convenient and quick to adjust and offers support in the spot between my shoulder blades that gives me issues.I'm glad I took a chance on this, hopefully it will help you as well.
